For me it would be much easier and more affordable to know each other as a poor, undeveloped , without quality education rather than be known as corrupt . Because poverty is a process that sometimes occurs without the influence of the human factor , but time passes . During our liberation war have encountered for a long stay in Tirana . While there transmit the media at the time that comes mostly occupied country through our ears was the word " corruption " . I heard it so many words that just fills in Albania mind that they did not have anything other than theft and , of course , revolved around the head with the idea that these people seem somewhat " spoiled Enver " is not ditkan but to take money without sweat , to cheat and to steal each other . Somehow very bored and was thinking : thank the Lord that we are not such Kosovo .
