Secondly , it is hard not to join with students morally . However , as I said above, they are , albeit unintentionally , part of the problem . Put bluntly , the UP students take that study quality for which the pay . When students complain against the presence of NIS in UP , they should ask themselves why such a concern not have private university students . When students complain about a pathetic vice rector who was laughing at a TV show , they should ask themselves why it was not happening private universities . The answer is simple : the government owns UP through his control over finances . This control has made UP in a totally undemocratic institution and where the voice of students is negligible . I am sure that the dismissal or resignation of a Rector or Vice-Rector in any private university in the country would require much less energy compared to those who have devoted this issue of UP students . Students at private universities have much more power than those in UP and this power derives from the fact that they pay for their education .
But the problem goes even further : I am curious to know how they feel in front of private university students who pay significant sums for their schooling UP students who pay only a fraction of them . Why these students should be privileged unexpected financial system , while their peers have to pay for tuition ? This is a totally unfair system because citizens pay taxes , including taxes students of private universities , the education of a certain category of students who , ultimately , will be tomorrow finishers competitors in the labor market .
Let us ask the question differently : why we have today in the villages of Kosovo shortage of doctors , nurses and other health workers while the number of graduates in these professions in our country has increased significantly ? The answer is simple : because nobody can force anyone , including state university graduates , to take jobs that do not want . In this case we have a disproportion between the new market model in Kosovo and the old model of funding academic system . Furthermore , how can you justify a fee for his private physician to a patient whose taxes this doctor is educated ?
