I feel very honored to have received such a prestigious award from industry professionals in which I work . High rating , then the first country in the world , so that gives me the feeling fantastic , as makes me feel even more responsibility . It is a catalyst that has broken a monumental barrier . Now it makes me more focused on things that could have a major impact in the world of architecture and design . He gave me tremendous confidence . This price is solidation winning idea with which I started this project well : create something with the material and the value of our culture and tradition in Albanian lands . To create unique and innovative foundations for a mature identity in terms of architectural design with genes from our lands , then the culture , tradition and our history . But at the same time be both creative and innovative and to bring something new for international opinion . Now that we have achieved , we have a place where we know that is 100 % local , and thus show that if you look deep in our souls , in our faith and start from that point to explore , experiment , therefore take the liberty to do something new to present what is ours then surely the outcome is likely to be more original , interesting , and something new and different i believe that each person is unique and has something new to share unique and interesting with the world . If we win the confidence and courage to bring this out and present it to the world then increase creativity , and rises up more. I hope that my victory along with all my team 4M GROUP has created a new platform of confidence in our lands . We can ! !
- Do you expect this estimate or come as a surprise ?
When competing in an international competition in which participating largest companies in the world with international reputation and present architectural designs with stunning budgets remained no room for such an assessment . But the fact that we decided to enter the race has come from the confidence that what we have created is really something special , unique and innovative . Even my own feelings when I am inside Hamam Jazz Bar is magnified by the spiritual aspect . The space created continues to nurture new ideas . The inspiration is constant . Just the feedback I received from other visitors about their feelings when found within these spaces . This feedback has given me confidence . Initially , in the race with more than 1300 different projects from around the world , I did not expect so much but immediately after we selected from the list, then the shortlist , I expected the victory because I realized that we have reached the magical feeling to outsource it to our project to international assessors . So yes, I expected to win .
